To address the schism between religious and secular Israelis, Elul has developed over 20 Study Communities, from Ma'alot to Be'er Sheva, involving over 350 women and men from a wide range of cultural, religious and social orientations. Groups meet weekly and are run by an Elul facilitator. Every Study Community hosts a number of "Open Evenings" for the general public, featuring popular speakers and study sessions.
