To address the schism between religious and secular Israelis, Elul has developed over 20 Learning Communities, from Metula in the north to Arad and Mitzpr Ramon in the south, involving over 350 women and men from a wide range of cultural, religious and social orientations. Groups meet weekly and are run by an Elul facilitator. Every Learning Community hosts a number of "Open Evenings" for the general public, featuring popular speakers and study sessions.
